But it was a pretty relaxing trip, pretty low key, even though it was the big 25th b-day... it was still the best!

We went to the mall to get my ring re-sized, but my favorite part about this picture is that we got the Victoria Secret store ad in the back ground...good timing. Its amazing the difference it makes to have your ring actually fit and not twirl around on your finger.
So after getting the "mall rat" phase out of our system we went and did some creative spending. I had a piggy bank filled with coins and we had a night on the town with our coins. Its always fun to see people's reactions when you pull out your baggy full of coins to pay for your meal, or silly things at the store. That was a memorable time!
But I got some fun stuff from Jason's parents... but the best part was getting the stuff to make Rice Krispies.

So of course we made the Krispies. I think we were a little impatient for them to fully set up in the pan so we just got our spoons and went to town eating away.

But I got a lot of birthday wishes, so thanks to you all... especially those who prepared special birthday songs. They were greatly enjoyed and appreciated.
We went on a walk one of the days... I'm telling you it was pretty low key, but still the best! But we just enjoyed walking and seeing all the animals that were about. Its not everyday you get to see tons of deer just casually look at you as if you were nothing.

But still lots of fun. (Odd side note... I'm the one taking the pictures with the camera usually so Jason's head always seems to get cut off, not too bad, but still... maybe I should let him take the pictures with his long arms and all :) )
But like all trips, they have to end eventually. Jason drove me to the airport, but I was TERRIBLY hungry... and it was 10 in the morning... so what did we do? Of course like any hungry person... we went to Little Caeser's! Nothing says good eatin' like $5 pizza at 10 in the morning. Luckily the place was open and made our pizza pretty quick. Hot and fresh. Can't beat that!

So there you go, my trip in a nutshell... it was fun and now it's only a few more weeks till I'm back there for good. A bientot!
