Judging A Book By Its Cover... Just Don't Do It!

So apparently I'm going through wedding mode right now...who would would have thought with me getting married in 33 days! But really, I've been on a mass rampage trying to get the announcements all put together (which I shall be putting them in the mail today)...stamping, labeling, putting little "m's" made out of vinyl on each envelope.

Man, its a lot of work, but thank you so much for all those who have made it all possible... vinyl supplier, envelope stuffer, all the hard work is much appreciated!

So my current, or next endeavor, is making the guest sign in book. Now you may think... make a book, you're talking crazy! But I already have it mostly finished. Instead of buying a book that won't get filled even close to the brim with signatures and best wishes, I am making my own. Going to personalize it, and really I think it will be fun.

The true woe about it all is I had it all completed except for sewing it together...

Then fate happened! The perfectionist, or maybe just the person who frets, with in me just could not let the fact go that the covers were a teeny bit bowed. So like any person, I tried to straighten them out by bending them. Good idea, right? WRONG! All the cuteness was put to waste because I bent it with a little too much vigor putting an enormous wrinkle on the front cover that cannot be hidden. Maybe people won't notice it, but my pride won't let it slide...so it's looking like I get to make version 2.0 . But thanks to the people who helped me with ideas and get supplies that were all out in Logan :) Good times in Logan! I'm hoping for better luck this time, but overall, I think the cuteness can come back!

***UPDATE***
So I have successfully not ruined the 2.0 version (yet).

I sewed it all together and so far... it's pretty darn cute! I have a few embellishments to put on it to designate it as a wedding sign in book rather than any old book, but I cross my fingers that the curse of the destroying books is over. Huzzah to the cuteness!

If the Shoe Fits, Wear It!

I've had a current conundrum that I need to ask some help to solve. I want to wear some cut shoes for the "big day" and I've had a couple of ideas running through my head. I want some cute colorful ones, but do i go funky, or do I do something practical? Such questions!!!

So I have some options running around my head and any input would be greatly appreciated.

Option A
(By no means are these posted in any preferential order)

A beautiful blue Chuck. I'm partial to the high top...and I just really love Chucks. I've been told this is my personality so why not go for it? But then again this is my wedding day!

Option B

Here's the low top option ans a different color blue... also fun.

Option C

Now I've wanted something fun and cute and maybe something I would wear later on as well (and of course I will wear Chucks... so that's not a problem)

Really anything of the like will do. I think this brand of shoe is super cute... probably more of the leather choices than the middle choice. One drawback of this choice is the cost...pretty pricey, but super cute!!!

So let me know what you think or if you have any cute suggestions... the color choices are either blue of brown... Thanks!!!

Road Movie to Berlin

Just for kicks I guess. I really don't have an iPOD or MP3 player that shuffles in that way so I'm using Pandora.com. We'll see how that suits.

2. For each question, press the next button to get your answer.
3. YOU MUST WRITE THAT SONG TITLE DOWN NO MATTER HOW SILLY IT SOUNDS!
