Not much different around here, just another year older and wiser, too (hopefully).
We've been seeing this number on our thermostat outside more often than not... and sometimes much colder, too! My poor little car has been a trooper with -20 and - 30 degree temperatures... Needless to say IT GETS COLD IN SOUTH DAKOTA!!!!!

It's official that I am ready for Spring.
Made some little tasties lately. Jason LOVES taco salad. And when I say love, I mean LOVE. He could probably eat it every week and be as happy as a clam. So we wanted to try something different from the traditional tortilla chips for the base.
We just baked tortillas in the oven to make them a little crispity crunchity, et voila! DELISH!
And we tried a little treat for me. I love onion rings and I've been wanting to make some, but I just didn't want to fry them... so I found a recipe that you bake them in the oven. Fabulous!
REALLY GOOD. And even better with...
FRY SAUCE! People tell me I make amazing fry sauce, and I just say I'm a born and bred Utahn... its in my blood.

Oh yeah, BTW I cut my hair. Nice and short. Oh, and Jason got new glasses, but I don't have a picture of him in 'em.
