An Odd Birthday Present

An Odd , I mean, Aud Present.

This is what I made for our friend Audra (she goes by Aud though). Her birthday was 11 Feb, but we're just celebrating it now. She really likes frogs and mushrooms and the like, so I thought this would be a great present.

My first really big pillow. Thanks to my friend Lindsey who taught me how embroider and she is always making cute decorative pillows... so you basically could say she made this pillow not me :).
No, but she really helped me develop the crafty side of me, that's for sure.

I had fun picking out the colors. I really like the rusty orange backing.


















Overall, it was a lot of fun and pretty simple.

Now I can finally plagiarize the pictures my sister took of her ornaments I made for her.

















She just does a better job taking pictures than me.
















They are various animals and various fabrics. Thanks to a friend that gave me a buttload of yard sale fabrics. It was fun arranging all of the colors and shapes.

I'm glad that Susie liked her presents. They took a while :)
